MODIFIED BOARD MEETING PROCEDURES DURING COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) PANDEMIC:

Due to Governor Gavin Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20 on March 17, 2020, the Linda County Water District’s Board Meetings will move to a virtual/teleconferencing environment using GoToMeeting. The provisions of the N-29-20 order apply during the period in which state or local public officials impose or recommend measures to promote social distancing, including limitations on public events.

The intent is not to limit public participation, but rather to protect public health by following the Governor’s Stay at Home Executive Order N-33-20 on March 19, 2020, and the Directive issued under the authority of California Health and Safety Code Sections 101040, 101085, and 102175 by Phuong Luu, MD, MHS, FACP, Bi-County Public Health Officer for the Counties of Yuba and Sutter.  Directions can be found on Board Meeting Agend.
