District Note to the Public
The Board of Directors for the Linda County Water District have approved an increase in water rates effective November 2019. This increase has been approved to take place over a five-year step process. The State Proposition 218 Notice provided to the public provides a summary of the research which established the required rate increase in order effectively maintain current infrastructure and future growth within the community. This is the first water rate increase in 13 years.
A full study of the findings is available in our office for the public to review. As the study is proprietary, we are not able to make full copies or email the full study to anyone.
