NOTICE OF FILING OF REPORT OF DELINQUENT CHARGES AND OF PUBLIC HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a report of delinquent water and sewer charges due and owing the Linda County Water District has been filed with the clerk of the District pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 5473.1 The District proposes to collect these delinquent charges on the Yuba County tax roll.

            NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the District will hold a modified public hearing on the report on July 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., through a virtual/teleconferencing environment using GoToMeeting.  All interested persons are invited to participate in the public hearing using the modified Board Meeting Procedures and to present oral or written objections or protests concerning the report or the proposal to collect delinquent charges on the tax roll (written objections must be received by the District office prior the meeting start date and time).
